Building leadership capacity begins with developing a shared vision that includes core values in order to have coherence across the organization. We will hear from NSELA President, Andy Weatherhead, and Membership Chair, Derek McDowell, about how they have done this in their organizations.
Participants will have time for conversations with the presenters and other organization leaders in breakout rooms to discuss ideas, ask questions, and collaborate to begin developing a shared vision or reflecting on their current shared vision for their organization.
Participants will also receive a compilation of resources/tools our presenters and NSELA leadership have found to be valuable to their leadership development.
